January 29, 2024 - (Gold Market Wire) - The US Dollar continues to show resilience, and that, in turn, is keeping a lid on Gold prices. The chart shows the downtrend Gold is hemmed in by:

So here we are - stuck in the downtrend. But to offer up an opinion: the downside action has be fairly unimpressive. We could see one gigantic sell-off before the market turns, or we might continue to meander here. Either way, we will first wait for our downtrend to clear. After which, we will re-establish length.

Nothing special is gong on. We are merely waiting for the market to clear. The bull is resting for its next run. Of that we remain convinced.
